  • Clinical Quality Fellowship Program of GNYHA and UHF
    The CQFP is a 15 month program offered by the Greater New York Hospital Association and the United Hospital Fund to train the next generation of clinical quality leaders. Each Fellow is required to design and lead a quality improvement project, called the Capstone Quality Improvement Initiative. I was invited to lecture on the components of a good Capstone Project.

Mentorship

Greater New York Hospital Association Clinical Quality Fellowship Program (CQFP.) 

The CQFP is a 15-month program offered by the Greater New York Hospital Association and the United Hospital Fund to train the next generation of clinical quality leaders. Each Fellow (Attending Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse) is required to design and lead a Capstone Quality Improvement Initiative, and each Fellow is assigned a mentor to support them through design, implementation and continuous quality improvement efforts.

    Clinical lead for DSRIP: NYS 1115 Medicaid waiver to transform care delivery to Medicaid recipients in an effort to decrease unnecessary hospital use by 25% over 5 years, while improving health outcomes in this population.  Clinical oversight for development and implementation of 10 projects across 200 organizations in the Bronx. Responsible for Practitioner Engagement, Clinical Integration, Population Health Management, Performance Reporting.
