Amanda Falick Ascher, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Amanda Falick Ascher (she/her) is a co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at sana solutions LLC. She is an IHI-certified Improvement Advisor and a seasoned clinical leader with deep experience in continuous performance improvement, practitioner engagement, workforce strategies including cultural responsiveness, clinical integration, data analytics, population health management, value-based payment arrangements and healthcare operations.
Dr. Ascher has maintained faculty positions throughout her career and still sees patients. She obtained her medical degree from New York University school of Medicine and completed her internal medicine internship and residency at New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Columbia College. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at CUNY School of Medicine and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
J. Robin Moon, DPH, MPH, MIA
Chief Strategy Officer
Dr. J. Robin Moon (she/her) is co-founder and chief strategy officer of sana solutions LLC. She is a social epidemiologist, educator and scholar, and a seasoned public health and executive management professional with over 25 years of experience in private and public sectors. She brings her diverse experience into the domains of public health, healthcare, and social welfare system development. She is also an entrepreneur and startup strategist in health and wellness space.
Dr. Moon holds a Doctor of Public Health from Harvard University, a Master of Public Health and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Chicago. She is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at City University of New York (CUNY) School of Public Health, an Adjunct Professor at CUNY School of Medicine, and a faculty member of CUNY Institute for Health Equity.
She is an Aspen Health Innovators fellow and part of Aspen Global Leadership Network.
